Are topograhical ephemera such as posters,prints selling on eBay really worthless or instant sellers? I do surf on eBay and sometimes bid on items that interest me once in a while.Recently, I bided on a topograhical postcard on eBay that interest me some time back.

The postcard is a pic of Idora Park Entrance Youngstown OH 1911. What I like about this postcard is that It is written & sent by ????? and actually have a stamp and is post-marked dated which increases its value.
How I manage to outbid my competitor?
As bidding times for different items sold at eBay closed at different time, it is very difficult to monitor whether you can outbid your competitor when you are bidding for more than one item at one time.
