It should be widely known and publicized by now that Millvina Dean from Southampton,England who was born in April,1912 was just about 2 months old when she was lowered in a sack from the void deck of the fast sinking famous RMS Titanic. She is also last known to be the remaining surviving person of the tragic event that happened more than 96 years ago. Now she has left with no choice but  to auction off her precious Titanic memorabilia which is being organized by Henry Aldrige & Son to pay for her nursing home and medical needs as she is fragile with age.
Her precious mementos, which she kept by her side  all these years include a suitcase, filled with clothes which was donated to her family after the disastrous sinking of the Titanic - The Titanic steamship was hailed to be the biggest, most impressive and unsinkable steamship. A special personally signed autographed picture print of the titanic by Ms Dean was also heard to be put on the hammer for auctioning off.

Now, this a classic example of a real hot niche item “hidden in your home or backyard” and waiting for the right time to uncover. This is what those familiar articles that you might have read, talking about -The ” How to look for items to sell in your attic, garage and even your backyard.” Sometimes the best items to sell is just right beside you and you may not have an inkling of an idea.

All the best to Ms Dean and I am pretty sure that the Titanic memorabilia auction sale will be a success as this is really an emotional and historic tragic event that enclosed the lives of all the 2,200 people who are aboard that steamship that hit an iceberg- the 706 remaining survivors and the rest that did not make it on that fateful night

Have a Happy Weekend Hunting For Items to Auction Off. It may well be just right under your “nose.”
