Ebay Beginners - 3 Reasons Why You Should Use Dropshippers and Not Wholesalers

If you are just starting off as an eBay seller or you are interested in becoming an eBay seller, then make sure you find a reliable dropshipper to supply your business. This article will explain why you should use a dropshipper versus wholesalers when selling on eBay, Amazon or your own online store.

Reason 1 - If you decide to use a wholesaler you must buy the product first and then try to sell it. What happens if no one buys the item? That’s right, you get stuck with it. With dropshipping you list the item on eBay first, and if it sells then you order the product from the dropshipper. If the item doesn’t sell then you only invested the listing fee.

Reason 2 - If you use a wholesale supplier you will buy the product, then have to inventory the product somewhere. If you do sell then product you will then have to ship it to your customers. With a dropshipper, you never have to inventory the product or ship the product. The dropshipper will ship the product to your customer on your behalf.

Reason 3 - Some dropshippers offer free tools to make listing products on eBay fast and easy. I have two dropshippers that I use and all I have to do is click a button and the product is listed on eBay automatically. If you ever have created listings on eBay, you know how time consuming this task is. I love this feature and it gives me more time to take care of my customers and find items that will ultimately make me money. Many dropshipping companies have tutorials on how to make more money selling their items on eBay. Try to find a dropshipper that offers education materials and is in the business of helping you become a better eBay seller.
